3 rounds
300m farmer's walk 50lb dumbbells
15 burpees
15 v-ups
75 foot bear crawl
(did the bear crawl on wooden court with toes on towel, basically dragging my feet and arm walking. really hits the core hard.)
If you can walk for 300m. for a farmer's walk-the weight ain't heavy enough. Did Starting Strength:
Squat: 45x2x5/95x5/150x3/170x2
205x5, 4, 195x5
BP: 45x2x5/85x5/115x3/135x2
160x4,2 155x5
DL: 135x5/150x5/225x3/265x2
305x3+2 partial. Missed lockout using a 'clean' drip as opposed to the 'dl' grip. Could feel my grip giving out.

nice work on the lifts ron, i could tell seeing you at the kb seminar and from your lifts that you are packing on some muscle. and yes, the farmer's walk was 300 feet, not meters.
