10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet:
Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 2/3 body weight
Set up three bars and storm through for time
***Note that a fundemantal philosophy with CrossFit is that we scale load and intensity as required. If you are like most people, keep that philosophy in mind for this workout.

Allan's 1 Bar of Death (Sortof)
I only have 1 bar at my house and everytime I do this WOD, the time to switch out weights often is ridiculously slow so I modified the workout so that I would be doing the same amount of output but less frequent weight changes.

The deadlifts killed me in the end and I had to go down in weight to finish it out. I'm going to take a cold shower and mend my ripped calluses now...(and go to sleep)
