I will do the Clean and jerk momentarily but so far today this is what I have done:
Part 1 (With Steve at XFD):
Run 400m
20 X 45lb Thruster
0X Pullups
Run 400m
10 X 45lb thruster
5 X Pullups
Part 2:
KTE Ladder
With a continuously running clock do 1 Knee to Elbow on first minute, 2 KTE on second minute, etc.
11 Rounds. VER disappointing. It felt like an off night. This would mean that I could do more pullups (13 rounds) than I could do KTE which seems unlikely. I wnt to revisit this one later.
Then i did 3 X 60s Row Sprints on the concept 2.
Round 1: 309
Round 2: 314
Round 3: 309
My goal for this one is first to break 320. I am beginnning to like my form. My lungs hurt and I get dizzy after each but it is a good reminder of how gassed you would feel after a round of stickfighting.

did 15 rounds rested 1 minute and got 16 in the 17th minute.
3 x 70 second row (Sprint)
