I couldn't do this WOD but at lunch i did bring in my 1 Pood KB and did the 200 Swing KB Challenge. I switched hand in sets of 20. By the end of the challenge, my glutes and lower back were on fire and my forearms and grip were soon following. I honestly was wishing andhoping it would end soon by rep 150. Then I did a nice little cool down KB Complex chipper:
10 X 1 pood KB RH Clean and Press>Snatch>Windmill
10 X 1 pood KB LH Clean and Press>Snatch>Windmill
Enough to keep me panting and sweating amd laying on the floor for a few minutes before I returned to the drudgery of my office cubicle.
