KB RTW (pass KB around waist)
KB 8 (pass KB through legs in 8 pattern)
KB Snatch (one-arm, alternate arms)
KB Step-up @ 10” box
One minute of each, three rounds (12 min total)
KB may not be set down during session.

I didn't know what to think of this WOD when I read it but I was supposed to have a rest day so I figured that it could be a mellow one. It was but it still made me sweat like a pig and the real challenge in this is in the shoulders and posterior chain. Not putting the 1 pood KB down burned like a lateral DB raise wished it could.
