a moral victory!
not sure if it was the sitting around during the snowstorm, or all the shoveling but when i got to the gym to crank this one out i simply did not have it. i could barely muster up a solid warm-up, and starting walking out the door. decided to gut it out. ended up going back and forth between the movements not as rx'd 15/15/10/10/10/10/10/10/10/10/10/10/10/10.
i was majorly gassed after the first 15 pull-ups and almost gave up again. decided this would be a good test of will. vey happy that i completed this one and it will go down as one of my most satisfying to date, even better than 47 pull-ups or a 3:15 fran!
