that was a good one! ended up using a #40 dumbbell for the swings and completed without stopping. push-ups went something like 20-18-14-10-10-10-5-5-4-4...the kte then were a killer and the longest leg, no hiding from those and they hurt, plus the tired abs carried over to the row.
