Very Disappointing.
After re-reading the article on CF Total, I redid the press b/c it allows for a push press whereas I was doing strict standing military presses before.

I missed where it says the push press is allowed. It says the stance can't be changed once assumed.

DL: 308.75 - that's all the weight I have - have at least 315 in me.
