one of the things i enjoy most about crossfit is the fact that most every workout is different...never know quite what you're going to get! this one took way longer and was more challenging than i thought it would be. did the lunges, then the squats and finally the kte (out of order due to a crowd) in 29:12 focusing on form and full rom. everything was broken and on the kte as i dropped off the bar after each set of 10 or so my quads went into minor spasm. i am very curious to see how this one felt for the other brave souls who may have tried it?!
I have to save this for the weekend. I was trying to combine a couple different WODs I saw today and then by the time I was ready to do the squats, my knee starting really really aching. Instead I did a workout lovingly entitled:
"20 Tons of Fun"
100 X 65lb Thrusters
100 X 65lb Hanging Clean
100 X 135lb Bench Press
100 X 135lb Dead Lift
Rest 4:00 between movements, record times per movement.
