this workout definitely tests your metal. it challenges all 3 energy pathways, every muscle you have and your heart as well. in fact it was such a bear that we felt obligated to carbo-load post workout with a "healthy dose" of pizza and beer!

The Box Jumps and Burpess made this thing filthy! Randy and I were talking after the workout about intensity and pace. Some things were a breather like the walking lunge even though they localized the burn to my quads, and ironically the push press and back extensions too were a a little bit of rest since they only taxed me in one particular area. All the total body movements worked me over. I can still here Tai's voice saying "Let's go Allan. Eye of the tiger, eye of the tiger"
