I will do this one tonight (after Ultimate Fight Night. During lunch I did a Modified Michael at 24 Hour Globo Gym.

Not a great time but the form was good. I was trying to work on running form from the book ChiRunning by David Dreyer but was having problems so I switched over to the row. It's amzing how debilitating running can be after your lower back gets sore and tight form the back extensions.
Workout Numero Dos Por El Dia

Had to stop b/c my right wrist ached badly from the impact on the rack. Still i am happy with my form and progress. if I was to be critical, I would say that my feet would wind up a little wide when I jumped from my athletic stance. Next time I'll go for 185 for 5 reps (currently my 1RPM).
Then I did some homework and it paid off.
3 X 10 X kipping Pullups
10 X RH 1 Pood KB Cleans
10 X LH 1 Pood KB Cleans
5 X Jumping Muscle Ups
Bottom of the rings were at eye level.
I figured out the swing pendulum on the kipping pullup finally and by the last set was able to do it fluidly. Also the jumping pullups is a tremendous dip movement and helping my on the transition. The cleans were done just for the clean theme of the day.
