603 movements in 1200 seconds i am quite pleased with. the kipping pull-ups turned to dead hang, then fingertip kipping as i was about to lose a callus towards the end.

I blew off work yesterday and went snowboarding! So that was my WOD :-). Great snow. I got back just in time to go to sticks, which was a real joy since my legs felt like jello.
