I did the XF WOD today
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
65 pound Power snatch, 12 reps
10 Push-ups

13 Rounds

My forearms and shoulders burned so much. I could feel it on just the second round and by the fifth round I was sweating and huffing and puffing. Great Workout!
