we ended up going for a full crossfit total to start things off

allan hit a pr in the press and tied his deadlift pr. will hit pr's in all 3 and i was a little off my marks but felt good with everything. we then finished thing off with 3 tabata sets and all ended up completely smoked!

aaron and lara then worked on some squat & press fundementals along with learning the db hang clean. aaron went for his first crossfit total hitting pr's in the squat and deadlift. then hit a blistering 3 round tabata set of row/pushpress/db clean
