this workout proved to be a bear! we all started with a hearty warm-up and 1000m jog.

randy: #1 5:32, #2 4:45, #3 4:41
aaron: #1 7:12
lara: #1 7:32 (12lb pvc)
then round #2 split into 1/4's not times
round 3 was on the minute 2 kte then 1 lunge steps...4/2, 6/3, 8/4, 10/5(aaron 20lb db's lara pvc)
