jeff squatted #225 x2 for a new pr!
aaron squatted #250 for new pr, plus got his first muscle up ever!

other than will, allan, jeff, aaron and i did the wod, hspu, and muscle-up work then at the end did 1 set of 10 burpees to jumping ring pull-ups. accuracy came into play trying to jump up and time the swinging rings
