This is a workout for time in which teams of 2 people move across a 1500m course with a 45 pound bar. Each person must cover the 1500m and do 50 push-ups, 50 bw squats, 50 lunge steps and 50 presses. The bar must remain over shoulder height for the entire workout duration. (Hint some of the movements are more efficiently done simultaneously.)
