well we switched it up a bit for the group workout...did a push-up, unweighted overhead press and arm circle gauntlet of 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 for 144 total of each. then finished with 4 rounds of 60 second intervals with 30 seconds rest of KTE-GHD Back Extension-ROW
