Saturday 01/12/2008 **20x20x6x5**

We will pull 5 movements out of 10 that are in the hat. 2 opposite team members will be doing each exercise together, 20 seconds on then switch 6 rounds each. Rest 1 minute after each round and add up the total for each team after all 5 rounds are completed.
