Pete's 5 block lunch today:

4 oz turkey
1 oz cheese
1 apple
1 kiwi
1 cup grapes
6 almonds
1/2 tsp sunflower seeds

1 cliff mint builders bar
1 latte (dash of protein powder)
comes out right @ 36/28/12
