Wednesday 05/28/2008 **Sprints**

5 x 100m & 3 x 200m Sprints
Rest = 4x Interval Times
We will also work on Kipping P/U

we did the sprints and practiced the kipping pull-ups. our strategy was not to record time so much but rather to first run at an 80/85% pace in the first heat. then as hard as we can and never go above that 1st time. sprinting is absolutely brutal!
